Role OverviewWe are hiring an On-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our Vadodara Head Office to drive student engagement and lead qualification across South Indian and pan-India regional markets. In this role, you will connect with prospective study-abroad aspirants, introduce Kanan’s test preparation (IELTS, GRE, SAT) and university admissions consultancy services, and schedule discovery counseling sessions for our Senior Education Counselors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Outreach: Execute 60–80 outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups daily to prospective students and parents.
- - Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to evaluate study-abroad plans, preferred intake dates, budget constraints, and course requirements.
- - Counseling Appointments:



Book qualified discovery calls for Senior Study Abroad Counselors to meet monthly enrollment targets.
- - CRM Management: Log call activity, student profiles, and follow-up schedules accurately in the internal CRM.
- - On-site Collaboration: Work alongside Vadodara sales and counseling teams to refine campaign messaging for regional student demographics.

- Qualifications & Requirements

- Work Location: 100% In office role at Kanan House, Race Course Road, Vadodara, Gujarat.
- - Mandatory Languages: Business fluency (spoken and written) in English, Hindi, and Tamil is strictly required.
- - Complimentary Languages (Added Advantage): Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam is a strong plus.
- - Experience: 0–2 years in inside sales, tele-calling, education counseling, or customer engagement.
- - Skills: Excellent phone presence, active listening, persuasive communication, and high motivation to hit daily outreach targets.
- - Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field).
