We are looking for a creative, customer-oriented, and sales-driven Interior Designer who can understand customer requirements, provide interior design solutions, and convert leads into successful sales.

The candidate should have experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or related industries, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Role & responsibilities

1. Understand customer requirements, preferences, space utilization, and budget.
2. Provide interior design consultations for residential and commercial projects.
3. Prepare design concepts, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D presentations.
4. Generate leads through customer enquiries, referrals, networking, and site visits.
5. Meet customers and explain interior design solutions, materials, and product specifications.
6. Prepare quotations, proposals, and design presentations.
7. Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
9. Coordinate with project execution, vendors, and installation teams.

Maintain customer relationships and provide support throughout the project.
11. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong interior design and space-planning knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D design software.
- Experience in preparing quotations and design presentations.
- Ability to understand customer budgets and recommend suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel for client/site visits.

Educational Qualification Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in interior design with sales.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, home interiors, or furniture.
- Candidates with proven sales conversions and customer-handling experience preferred.
- Robust portfolio of completed interior design projects.
