Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers and business partners.

- Process all regional orders, from consumables to complex quotations, through various channels.

- Manage order processing, invoicing, and outbound operations efficiently.

- Prioritize and coordinate outbound shipments fairly and effectively.

- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and fax.

- Maintain accuracy of order and invoice data.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, accounting policies, local regulations, and SOX requirements.

- Coordinate product returns as per approval guidelines.
