- Job Responsibilities:Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Mahindra car models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, and follow-ups.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
- Negotiate with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the finance and documentation teams for vehicle delivery.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in automobile sales and customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- 4-Wheeler Driving Licence is Mandatory.
- Must have valuable customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
