- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants and pricing.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and visits.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and delivery process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets with guidance from the Sales Manager.
- Maintain customer records and update enquiries in the CRM system.
- Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
