Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders.
- Maintain customer details and sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
- Follow up on pending orders and customer enquiries.
- Assist the sales team with daily activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse and delivery departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and data entry.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
