Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru East.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their property requirements and present suitable residential and commercial options.

Responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining features and pricing, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through documentation and transaction processes.

The Sales

Associate will also stay updated on market trends, competing projects, and local regulations to provide informed guidance and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and professional communication.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead conversion, deal closure, and target-oriented environments.
- Basic knowledge of real estate concepts, property evaluation, and local market dynamics; prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru East, conduct frequent property visits, and manage field-based responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
- Comfort with learning and following legal and regulatory aspects related to property transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
