Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in the tiles industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing sales operations, leading and motivating a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage daily showroom and operational activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, architects, and builders.
- Monitor sales performance, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and coordination with suppliers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, assign responsibilities, and conduct regular reviews.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.




- Prepare and submit regular sales and operational performance reports to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the tiles industry.
- Proven experience in sales and operations management.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Positive knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, and related building materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets and operational responsibilities.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales/ERP software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with previous experience as a Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, or Sales & Operations Manager in the tiles industry.
- Must have experience leading and managing a sales team.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling business operations.
