We're a multidisciplinary design studio specialising in branding, websites, product design, and end-to-end 0–1 brand launches.

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Partner to take complete ownership of lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.

Your Responsibilities

- Outbound Marketing: Cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and sales.
- Inbound Marketing: SEO, content, social media, campaigns, and lead funnels.
- Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships, referral networks, and collaborations.
- Client Acquisition: Generate qualified leads, manage follow-ups, and close deals.
- Growth Strategy: Own and execute a multichannel strategy to consistently bring in clients.

Who We're Looking For




- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales.
- Robust understanding of inbound and outbound marketing.
- Ability to independently strategise, execute, and deliver results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with complete ownership of growth.

What You Earn
- 40% of the project value on every client you bring in and close, excluding taxes and refunds.
- ₹1 lakh project → ₹40,000 earned.
- ₹5 lakh project → ₹2,00,000 earned.
- No earning cap. Performance-based, no fixed salary.

We handle the creative work and delivery. You own growth and client acquisition.
