About the Role :- We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales &

- Delivery Executive to spearhead the end-to-end commercial growth and supply chain management of our Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) portfolio. This is a high-impact, target-driven field role where your earning potential is directly linked to your performance. You will be responsible for mapping commercial vehicle hubs, securing bulk orders, and ensuring the timely distribution of DEF across all our operating locations.

Core Responsibilities

- B2B Sales &
- Market Expansion:

Identify and secure new business opportunities with commercial fleet owners, transport companies, logistics hubs, workshops, and retail distributors.

- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales volume targets for DEF across assigned territories to unlock attractive performance incentives.

- End-to-End Delivery &

- Logistics:

Coordinate and execute the physical distribution and delivery of DEF stocks to clients, ensuring optimal product handling and on-time fulfillment.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

- Inventory &

- Cash Management:

Monitor local stock levels, manage billing/invoicing accurately, and ensure timely payment collections from clients.

- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, market trends, and supply demands within your operating locations to provide actionable feedback to leadership.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, FMCG distribution, auto-components, or lubricants/DEF sales.

- Skills: Solid negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
