Key Requirements

- Proficient in International BPO operations.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Establish enduring connections and involve customers by going the extra mile.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Capable of working in afternoon shifts (2:30 pm to 11:30 pm)
- Demonstrates accountability and ownership.
- Driven by results and a proactive approach.
- Maintains a resilient and steady mindset.
