About the Role :

ClickSoft Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced Sales Account Manager – US IT Staffing with strong existing relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.

We are seeking a new-business hunter capable of acquiring new client accounts, generating staffing requirements, and driving revenue from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and activate new Tier-1 vendor and system integrator accounts.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate staffing requirements.
- Achieve monthly new-logo acquisition, revenue, gross margin, and placement targets.
- Build relationships with vendor managers, decision-makers, and hiring managers.
- Secure vendor empanelments and expand existing client accounts.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for successful submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive consistent account growth.





Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Strong existing connections with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.
- Proven experience acquiring new client accounts independently.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and placement targets.
- Knowledge of contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and direct hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
