Role Summary Success in this role means ensuring the safety and compliance of all operations within the data center, contributing to a secure working environment.

Responsibilities - Monitor safety practices on site for data center and industrial projects.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures relevant to data centers.
- Maintain records of safety incidents and prepare reports for management.
- Train staff on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development of safety plans for upcoming projects.



Must-Have Skills - Proven experience in safety steward roles within data center or industrial project settings.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, including ADIS, PDIS, and DIS standards.
- Strong attention to detail when conducting inspections and audits.
- Excellent communication skills for training and reporting purposes. Positive-to-Have Skills - Certification in occupational health and safety.
- Familiarity with safety management software or tools related to data centers.
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects.
