Role Summary

Responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture. Leads risk mitigation, incident investigations, and continuous improvement across operations.

What Youll Do

- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs




- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare management reports
- Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, mock drills, and crisis response activities
- Ensure contractors and vendors comply with site safety requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and reduce incidents
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 9-13 years of experience in EHS/HSE management within Manufacturing, Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors
- Solid knowledge of local safety regulations and international safety standards
- Experience in incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in risk assessment, hazard control, and emergency response planning

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- NEBOSH IGC / International Diploma
- IOSH Managing Safely
- OSHA Certification
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
