Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with robust expertise in Ruby, Rails, REST APIs and database management to design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement MVC architecture and ActiveRecord functionality.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable and efficient code.
- Develop and execute unit and functional tests using RSpec.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Perform query optimization and troubleshoot application performance issues.
- Ensure application security,



scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- REST API development and integration.
- MVC architecture.
- ActiveRecord.
- RSpec testing framework.
- PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Database design, query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience developing scalable, secure and high-performance web applications and microservices.
