Role Descrng>iption The Roc and MCA Compliance Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Nashik, responsible for managing corporate compliance activities under the Companies Act and related regulations. Daily tasks include preparing and filing ROC and MCA forms, maintaining statutory registers and records, and monitoring due dates for annual returns, financial statements, and other mandatory filings. The role involves reviewing company documents for compliance, coordinating with internal teams and clients to gather required information, and staying updated on changes in corporate and regulatory laws.

The Executive will also assist in responding to notices, supporting audits and inspections, and maintaining organized documentation to ensure smooth compliance processes.
