Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RMA & Supply Chain Executive to manage the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for IT, telecom and networking equipment.

The individual will be responsible for coordinating equipment returns, warranty-related requests, repairs and replacements while working closely with customers, OEMs, suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.

The role also involves maintaining RMA records, monitoring turnaround times and providing backup support to the Procurement team whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End RMA Management

- Manage RMA requests from initiation through resolution and closure.
- Coordinate the return, repair and replacement of faulty IT, telecom and networking equipment.
- Track RMA cases and ensure timely follow-ups with all concerned stakeholders.
- Monitor turnaround times and follow up on delayed or pending cases.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with customers, OEMs, suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments for timely RMA resolution.




- Follow up with vendors regarding repair status, replacement approvals and pending claims.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the RMA lifecycle.

3. Logistics & Documentation

- Coordinate the movement of faulty and replacement equipment.
- Maintain accurate RMA records, supporting documents and status trackers.
- Prepare periodic reports on open, pending and closed RMA cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of returned and replacement materials.

4. Procurement Backup Support

- Provide backup assistance to the existing Procurement team whenever required.
- Support vendor coordination, purchase follow-ups and material-related activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in RMA Management, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Coordination or Material Management.
- Positive understanding of equipment returns, repairs, replacements and vendor coordination.
- Experience coordinating with OEMs, suppliers, customers and logistics partners.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics processes.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- Good documentation, reporting and MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
