Role Description The Revenue Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Hard Rock Hotel Goa in Calangute. This position is responsible for optimizing room and ancillary revenue through effective pricing, inventory management, and distribution strategies across all channels.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing demand and booking patterns, preparing revenue forecasts, monitoring market trends and competitor performance, and adjusting rate and inventory strategies accordingly. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Front Office teams to align revenue plans with overall business objectives and to support budget and reporting requirements.

The Revenue

Manager also oversees the use of revenue management systems and tools, ensures accurate data and reporting, and contributes to performance reviews and strategic planning.

Qualifications





- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in revenue management and revenue recognition practices, preferably within hospitality or hotels.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles relevant to hotel operations.
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems, revenue management tools, and MS Excel or similar data analysis software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a revenue management or similar commercial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
