Role Description The Revenue Executive is a full time role based in Greater Noida. On a day-to-day basis, the Revenue Executive will monitor OTA performance, analyze booking trends, and recommend pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue. This role involves coordinating property listings and contracts on OTA platforms, ensuring accurate rates, content, and availability are maintained.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams and hotel partners to implement promotional campaigns, track results, and adjust strategies as needed. The position also includes preparing regular performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, booking trends, and revenue reports.
- Experience in OTA listing, OTA Content & Policy update, OTA Promotions, Channel Manager, Room Type & Rate Plan,.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic revenue management tools; comfort working with online dashboards and reporting systems.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hotel partners and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple properties, listings, and promotional activities.
