About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Retention Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty through WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute CRM campaigns for product launches, promotions, festive events, and seasonal campaigns.

Build customer segments based on purchase behaviour, engagement, AOV, and customer lifetime value.

Execute personalized campaigns for new, repeat, high-value, inactive, and cart-abandoning customers.

Manage customer lifecycle journeys, replenishment reminders, reactivation, and win-back campaigns.

Track campaign performance,



conversions, attributed revenue, and ROI.

Prepare performance reports and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Maintain CRM calendars, customer database management.

Candidate Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.

Practical experience with WhatsApp and email campaigns.

Knowledge of CRM software's.

Robust understanding of customer segmentation, retention metrics, and lifecycle automation.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.

Experience in Beauty & Skincare, FMCG, or the Beverage industry is strongly preferred.

CRM-attributed revenue and repeat purchase rate.

Campaign conversion and click-through rates.

Customer reactivation and win-back performance.

Marketing automation effectiveness.

Campaign execution accuracy and database hygiene.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
