1. Patient Registration & Eligibility

- Verify patient demographics and insurance information.

- Perform insurance eligibility and advantages verification.

- Validate authorization and referral requirements.

1. Medical Billing & Coding

- Review medical records and charge information.

- Ensure accurate medical billing using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.

- Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies.

1. Claims Management

- Submit claims electronically and manually.

- Track claim status and ensure timely processing.

- Identify and resolve rejected and pending claims.

1. Payment Posting

- Post insurance and patient payments accurately.

- Review EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).

- Identify contractual adjustments, underpayments, and discrepancies.

1. Denial Management

- Analyze denied and rejected claims.

- Identify root causes of denials.

- Prepare and submit appeals and corrected claims.

- Implement strategies to reduce recurring denials.

1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management





- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.

- Maintain AR ageing reports.

- Prioritize high-value and aged accounts.

- Meet collection and productivity targets.

1. Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality.

- Follow payer-specific guidelines and internal SOPs.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

- Understanding of medical billing and insurance processes.

- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.

- Experience with claims submission and denial management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and healthcare billing software.

- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
