The ideal candidate should have experience in organised or premium retail, strong leadership abilities, and a proven understanding of retail sales and store management.

Key Responsibilities Store Operations - Manage daily store opening and closing activities.

- Ensure proper store maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Handle cash management, billing, reconciliation, and daily reporting.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all store operations. Team Management - Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees.
- Train team members and monitor their performance.
- Delegate responsibilities and ensure team productivity.
- Prepare employee schedules and manage weekly offs.
- Maintain a professional and positive working environment. Sales & Customer Management - Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Promote eyewear products,



including frames, lenses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
