Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and generate invoices.
- Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and merchandising.
- Check stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Maintain daily sales, stock, and cash reports.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

- 6 months –2 years of experience in retail sales/store operations.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
