About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students or fresh graduates to join our retail team in Ahmedabad. This internship offers hands-on exposure to day-to-day store operations, customer engagement, and sales, and is ideal for those who want to build a career in retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets
- Handle billing, cash counter, and POS operations under supervision
- Assist with inventory management, stock checking, and replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store neat and organized
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns




- Maintain accurate records and share daily updates with the store manager

Eligibility and Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a degree in [BBA / B.Com / BA / any stream]
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred)
- Customer-friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software is a plus)
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
