Role Description The Resume Writer – Work from Home will create high-quality, tailored resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for professionals across industries and career stages. In this full-time remote role, the individual will conduct detailed consultations to understand client career goals, experience, and achievements, and translate them into compelling, outcome-focused career documents aligned with target roles and markets.

The role includes researching job descriptions and market trends, optimizing resumes and profiles with relevant keywords, and ensuring clarity, consistency, and professional formatting.

Writer will collaborate with career strategists and other team members to align documents with broader job search strategies, maintain turnaround timelines, and provide constructive feedback to clients on their personal branding. Qualifications

- Strong resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile writing skills, with the ability to highlight achievements, impact, and career progression clearly.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail to ensure error-free, well-structured, and professional documents.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on roles, industries, and markets, including understanding job descriptions and keyword optimization for applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Client-facing communication skills, including the ability to conduct structured consultations, ask relevant questions, and provide clear, supportive feedback.
- Experience or familiarity with career services, recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition, especially in technology, global markets, or remote work environments.
