Job Summary

Coffee Culture Group is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee overall restaurant operations, lead the team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Drive sales, revenue, and business targets.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback.
- Ensure SOP compliance and smooth operations.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Requirements





- 4–7 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of F&B; operations, POS, inventory, and P&L.;
- Experience in premium restaurants, cafés, or QSR brands preferred.
- Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.
