Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests.
- Assign duties to waiters and service staff.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Manage billing coordination and daily service reports.
- Train and guide junior service staff.
- Candidates with experience as Restaurant Captain, Senior Steward, or F&B; Service Supervisor.
- Hotel management graduates or candidates with hospitality experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
