We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to join our team in Mumbai (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities

- Research & Intelligence: Conduct primary and secondary research across Renewable energy, Power infrastructure, and Data centre markets.

- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, Project pipelines, Investment activity, and Key industry developments across North American, Europe and APAC .

- Insight Generation: Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Sector Tracking: Monitor regulatory, commercial, and technological developments shaping the energy transition and digital infrastructure landscape.

- Data & Innovation: Support the enhancement of NPM's proprietary databases, analytics frameworks, and AI-enabled research capabilities.





Key Requirements

- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools, Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Interest or experience in Renewable energy, Power or Data Centre markets is an advantage.
