We are looking for a highly skilled Reports & Proposals Specialist with excellent writing, analytical and presentation skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Reporting & Analysis

Prepare professional Mystery Shopping Reports and Customer Experience Reports.

Analyse audit findings, customer feedback, survey results and operational data.

Convert raw data and observations into clear, meaningful business insights.

Identify service gaps, operational weaknesses and areas for improvement.

Develop executive summaries, key findings and actionable recommendations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports.

Ensure reports are accurate, consistent and professionally presented.

- Business Proposals & Presentations

Develop professional business proposals, technical proposals and commercial submissions.

Prepare proposals for government entities, corporate clients and private organisations.

Understand client requirements and translate them into structured project methodologies.

Develop project scopes, implementation plans, timelines and deliverables.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations, company profiles and tender submissions.

Support the business development team in preparing client presentations and proposals.

- Quality Control

Review reports and proposals before submission to ensure accuracy and quality.

Maintain consistent reporting standards and qualified formatting.





Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.

Coordinate with operations, research and project management teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, Management or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in professional report writing, business proposals or research reporting.

Excellent written English and business communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and professional document formatting.

Ability to create visually appealing dashboards, charts and presentations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience reporting.

Market Research and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

Preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Government and corporate tender submissions.

Consulting, auditing or business research environments.
