Role & Responsibilities

- Full time, on-site role in Mumbai
- Track patient vitals via remote monitoring systems
- Review alerts, act per clinical protocols
- Counsel patients on symptoms and medication adherence
- Escalate to physicians
- Document in EMR, coordinate follow-ups
- Aid in the reduction of risk of readmission for chronic and post-acute patients

Preferred candidate profile ICU experience, Software - EMR experience.
