particularly in audit preparation and medical record retrieval Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and audit standards Experience in managing performance metrics and dashboards to evaluate process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Effective project management techniques, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across various teams and stakeholders Proficiency in various EHR systems and healthcare data management platforms High degree of comfort pulling and analyzing data using spreadsheets, with experience or appetite to leverage database query tools Initiative-driven with a robust problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing situations and requirements Preference for residence in the Greater reputed company Area Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related fieldreputed company's degree preferred Familiarity with CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage and RADV audit processes is a plus Benefits reputed company role is fully remote and must be located within the 50 U.S. states.
