Position: Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager

Department: Retail Lending – MSME, Auto, Equipment.

Reporting to: Regional Head (Tamil Nadu)

Location: Coimbatore/Salem/Erode

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure high-quality portfolio sourcing & lead generation.
- Conduct credit assessment, customer verification, and loan documentation aligned with Hedge’s underwriting policy.
- Supervise collections, renewals, and delinquency control; maintain NPAs within acceptable norms.
- Drive market intelligence—competitor analysis, rate benchmarking, and local tie-ups.
- Coordinate for disbursement, MIS, and operational support.

Desired Candidate Profile




- 1–5 years of experience in NBFC / Small Finance Bank branch operations.
- Proven experience in MSME, Auto, Used Vehicle-4 wheeler, Equipment.
- Exposure to subprime or small-ticket lending markets will be a strong advantage.
- Strong local market knowledge and existing dealer / DSA network preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and basic English communication essential.
