Relationship Manager Motor Insurance Sales (Agency Vertical)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join the Motor Insurance Sales team in the Agency Vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents, driving motor insurance sales, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with insurance agents and agency partners to drive motor insurance business.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Promote motor insurance products and provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to policyissuance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, andcustomer service.




- Identify opportunities to increase business through cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate reports, and provide regular businessupdates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in motor insurance sales, preferably in the Agency Vertical.
- Strong understanding of motor insurance products, including policies, premiums, and renewals.
- Experience in managing relationships with insurance agents and agency partners.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate business.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.
