Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, focused on delivering an excellent experience to patients and partners. This role involves welcoming and guiding patients through their treatment journey, managing appointment schedules, and coordinating with dental professionals and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

The Relationship

Manager will maintain regular communication with patients, address queries and concerns, and follow up on treatment plans and feedback to build long-term loyalty. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to improve service quality and patient engagement.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



including clear verbal and written communication in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities, including appointment management, follow-ups, and documentation accuracy.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to learn new software used in patient and clinic management.
- Service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
