Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with SME clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and assess the financial needs of clients, offering appropriate working capital solutions and business loans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking services that meet client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the SME sector.
