Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Siliguri.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products. The role includes regularly meeting clients, explaining policy features and perks, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding and servicing.

The position also involves achieving assigned targets while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and ethical conduct.

- Candidates should possess solid customer relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and build trust.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including experience in meeting targets, handling objections, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess clear communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining complex information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Candidates should possess basic financial understanding and insurance awareness, with the ability to learn product features and regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
