Job Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is inviting applications from qualified BHMS professionals for its Sathyamangalam branch.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day clinical activities, attending to patients within the scope of BHMS practice, maintaining clinical records, and coordinating with the medical and nursing teams to ensure smooth patient-care operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Attend to patients, understand their health concerns, and provide consultation within the permitted scope of practice.
- Obtain relevant medical histories and maintain proper clinical records.
- Perform patient assessments and document clinical observations.
- Coordinate with senior doctors regarding patient care and further medical evaluation wherever required.
- Support routine clinical operations and assist in maintaining an organized patient-care process.
- Explain consultation procedures and provide relevant patient guidance.
- Maintain updated case sheets, patient records,



and other clinical documentation.
- Observe patient progress and communicate relevant updates to the concerned medical team.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up schedules.
- Comply with hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration with the applicable Homoeopathy Council.
- Previous hospital experience is essential.
- Good patient communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with hospital procedures and clinical documentation.
- Qualified conduct and a responsible approach to patient care.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
