Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to manage and grow sales across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage regional sales operations and achieve assigned sales targets.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team. Develop business relationships with gynaecologists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Prepare sales reports,



forecasts, and performance updates.

Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a business or life sciences qualification is preferred.

Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales. Prior experience in team management and regional sales is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and develop recent business.
