Role Description The Sales Manager - North will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for fiber laser solutions across the northern region of India. This full time, on-site role based in Noida involves managing key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with industrial customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, provide market feedback,



and support promotional activities such as trade shows and industry events. The role also includes regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support business planning.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial or capital equipment sales, preferably in laser systems, machine tools, or advanced manufacturing solutions.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, business development, and account management in a regional sales role.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to fiber lasers and industrial applications to diverse stakeholders.
- Competence in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working with manufacturing customers in sectors such as metal fabrication, automotive, aerospace, or electronics is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the northern region of India as required for customer visits and business development.
