Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Xpozive Media’s client base within the assigned region. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their marketing and media needs, and presenting tailored solutions and proposals.

The Regional Sales

Manager will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to negotiation and closing deals, while maintaining solid, long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams (such as marketing, operations, and finance), monitoring regional sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and ensuring that sales activities align with company objectives. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics to refine sales strategies and achieve targets.

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills,



including lead generation, client acquisition, and deal negotiation.
- Candidates should possess account management and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow key client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess market analysis and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and set regional sales goals.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills to clearly explain media solutions and deliver persuasive pitches.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, or marketing services sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
