Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Regional Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations across the Kochi and Ernakulam region.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership skills, strong business development expertise, and a proven track record of managing multiple teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious sales targets. EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee regional sales operations across assigned branches.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and admission targets.
- Manage and guide Sales Heads, Business Development Managers, Team Leaders, and BDA teams.
- Drive regional business expansion and market penetration.
- Set branch-wise sales targets and monitor performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue performance.
- Conduct regular branch visits, sales reviews, and performance meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop effective lead generation and student admission strategies.
- Ensure consistent achievement of regional business objectives.
- Prepare and present regional sales performance reports to senior management.





Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong experience in regional sales management and multi-branch operations.
- EdTech or Education industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and drive business growth.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
