Role & responsibilities
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in IT support or system/network administration
- Experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions is preferred
- Experience handling branch-level IT support or regional IT operations is a solid plus
Technical Support
- Provide L1 and L2 support to branches for software and hardware issues.
- Coordinate with central IT or vendors for escalations (L3 support).
- Manage ticketing system for IT issues; ensure timely resolution.
- Train branch staff on basic troubleshooting, if needed.
