? Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate the recruitment team. Handle end-to-end overseas recruitment processes. Manage bulk hiring for Gulf, Europe, Maldives and other international destinations.
Coordinate with international clients and employers. Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates. Monitor daily recruitment targets and team performance. Conduct interviews and ensure timely candidate deployment.
Maintain recruitment reports, databases and MIS. Ensure smooth coordination between HR, operations and clients.
