Job Title: Red Teaming Specialist / Red Team Security Engineer

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 2–5 Years (Flexible based on skills)

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and identifying security vulnerabilities before attackers do?

We are looking for a skilled Red Teaming Specialist to join our team and strengthen security infrastructure through authorized penetration testing, adversary simulations, and security assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct red team assessments and simulate real-world cyberattacks.
- Perform penetration testing on web applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in authorized environments.
- Conduct Active Directory security assessments.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and security testing.
- Simulate phishing attacks and social engineering scenarios.
- Assess endpoint security, network security, and access controls.
- Prepare detailed technical reports with findings and remediation recommendations.




- Collaborate with Blue Teams to improve incident detection and response.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Kali Linux and Parrot OS.
- Familiarity with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and Cobalt Strike.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Windows/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK; framework.
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Good knowledge of Cloud Security.
- Experience in VAPT, API Testing, and Workstation Testing.

Preferred Certifications: OSCP | CEH | CRTP | CRTO | PNPT or any relevant certification.
