Role Description This full time remote Recruitment Specialist role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support Ascende’s growing teams. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.

Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to understand role requirements, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves supporting hiring decisions, assisting with onboarding and training coordination, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. This position requires proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle recruitment and support effective selection decisions.
- Interviewing and Communication skills to conduct structured interviews and engage candidates and stakeholders clearly.
- Training and onboarding support skills to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work remotely, collaborate across teams, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR is preferred; a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
