Job Title: Recruitment Lead - US IT Staffing (Hands-on & Revenue Focus)

Shift Timing: US EST Time Zone (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands on and results driven Recruitment Lead with deep expertise in US IT Staffing. This role requires managing high-performing delivery teams, stepping in for hands-on sourcing on tough technical roles, owning client accounts, driving metrics & analytics, and actively supporting Business Development (BD) initiatives to scale existing and new client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of recruiters handling high volume and niche US IT staffing requirements.
- Hands-on Sourcing & Delivery: Actively step in to source, screen, and close difficult niche technology positions when needed.
- Client Handling & Account Management: Act as the primary SPOC for enterprise clients, MSP/VMS managers, and accounts to ensure high submission quality and SLA compliance.
- Business Development & Account Expansion: Support business growth by identifying new delivery opportunities, mining existing accounts, and assisting in client acquisition.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and optimize recruitment metrics including Submittal-to-Interview ratio, Turnaround Time (TAT), SLA adherence,



and offer acceptance rates using data-driven dashboards.
- Process Governance: Ensure full compliance with US hiring standards, W2/C2C candidate engagement models, and VMS/MSP submission workflows.

Required Profile & Qualifications:

- Minimum 10+ years of solid experience in US IT Staffing / Agency Recruitment.
- Proven track record of stability (Minimum 3+ years average tenure per organization).
- Strong hands-on mindsetwillingness to do core sourcing alongside managing team delivery.
- Proven exposure to Business Development, Client Engagement, and Account Growth.
- Solid experience with VMS / MSP tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) and US job portals/sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, etc.).
- Data-driven approach with strong operational reporting and recruitment analytics capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be comfortable working in full US EST Shift (Night Shift).
