About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter (Non-IT) with 1-2 years of recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-technical roles across the organization. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

Required Qualifications.
- 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,Shine etc.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
