Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Open Positions: HR Recruiter Intern / HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Internship Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance and experience

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment activities for various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech.
- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Make 60–70 calls daily to connect with potential candidates and assess their suitability.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




- Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand their hiring requirements and support recruitment goals.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with 6months–1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making 60–70 calls per day.
- Familiarity with job portals and basic recruitment tools is an added advantage.
- Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
