Job Summary

We are seeking a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. The role involves identifying, attracting and on-boarding suitable candidates through field-level recruitment activities. The role involves visiting local areas, conducting candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Job Portals, references, job fairs and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment records regularly.
- Coordinate with the HR team for candidate onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and candidate networks.




- Ensure candidates complete required documentation and joining formalities.
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good experience in technical/Sales/Customer service hiring.
- Solid convincing and networking ability.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and recruitment applications.
- Local-area knowledge and a strong candidate network will be an advantage.

Eligibility- Management Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
