We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk and lateral hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and recruitment MIS. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple requirements and ensuring timely closures within defined recruitment TAT.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring across different departments.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within agreed TAT.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Interview Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Schedule technical interviews and follow up on interview feedback.
- Negotiate salaries and manage offer discussions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
- Offer & Joining Management
- Release and follow up on offers.
- Track offer acceptance and candidate joining status.
- Manage pre-joining engagement and minimize candidate dropouts.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for joining formalities.
- Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring status reports.
- Track sourcing, screening, interview, selection, offer, and joining ratios.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment MIS.
- Monitor recruitment TAT and hiring performance.
- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Support employee referral programs and recruitment campaigns.
- Develop talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Maintain candidate databases for future hiring requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within strict timelines
